Terms & Conditions
- Each training session lasts for 50 minutes.
- Training sessions can be hosted on Tencent Meeting, Voov, or Zoom.
- A student may request for training sessions to be recorded, allowing them to review each lesson after class.
- Study materials will be provided—only Cambridge Materials from IDP or British council will be used.
- Homework will be provided based on the candidate’s specific needs.
- After a payment is made, the candidate will be given 7 days to decide on a refund. The case will then be reviewed before a refund date is provided.
- A candidate must inform their trainer two hours before training if they will be late or absent. In case their trainer is not informed, the missed session will be deducted from the remaining classes.
- Should a candidate be late for 10 minutes or more, the class will be marked “absent”.
